Pipnote is an iPhone app for writing short notes and having them delivered at a time you choose, to yourself or to someone else. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; the app and its artwork stay ours.
What you write is yours, and it's your responsibility. A sent note travels as a link through your own messaging app, so sending one is the same act as sending any other message. Don't use Pipnote to harass, threaten or deceive anyone. Anyone who has a note's link can open what's inside it, so share links only with the person they're meant for.
The free app has limits. Pro removes them, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, all billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Prices, and any free trial, are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
Purchases follow Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Delivery depends on your phone's settings and on iOS features like Live Activities, which we don't control. Don't rely on Pipnote for anything critical, like medication reminders or emergencies.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pipnote in the past twelve months. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
We may update the app or these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, the new version appears here with a fresh date at the bottom. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
